Start with your carrier make, model and operating weight, then describe the work: quarrying, construction, demolition, mining or another application, and the material you need to break. Include the mounting bracket or quick-coupler details and any available hydraulic specifications. Photos of the carrier identification plate, attachment connection and existing breaker can help. BDNA uses these details to assess a suitable breaker package; operating weight alone does not confirm compatibility.
Provide the equipment model and serial number, part number if known, quantity and delivery location. A photo of the identification plate and the relevant parts-book page can help identify the correct component. If you do not have a part number, send what you know and we will help with identification.
Tell us your application, hole diameter and depth, ground conditions, site access and preferred drilling method. BDNA supplies Hyundai Everdigm top-hammer, DTH and exploration core-drilling equipment. We can discuss the model and configuration that suit your work. Final specifications and included options are confirmed in the quotation.
Visit Equipment Downloads and the individual drill-model pages for available BDNA technical sheets and manufacturer brochures. Documents can cover different model generations or configurations, so ask us to confirm the specification for the machine being quoted.
Contact BDNA with the equipment or parts you need, quantity, destination and required timing. Availability and delivery estimates are confirmed for each enquiry. The accepted quotation or order acknowledgement sets the price, currency, included items and delivery arrangements.
Contact BDNA before returning any product or changing an accepted order. Returns require written authorization and must meet its conditions; authorization alone does not confirm a credit or warranty claim. Special-order, custom-configured, used, installed, damaged or incomplete products may be refused. Applicable freight, inspection or restocking charges and any order-change costs are confirmed under the agreed terms.
Fitment depends on both the mounting arrangement and the carrier's hydraulic setup. Send your carrier make and model, coupler make and model if fitted, and clear photos of the attachment connection. BDNA may also request bracket and pin measurements using the mounting-plate measurement form. Have dimensions checked by a competent person before a bracket is supplied or modified. A similar-looking connection does not confirm fit; BDNA must review the details for the proposed setup.
Send any available specifications for auxiliary hydraulic flow, supply pressure, relief settings and return-line or back pressure, together with the carrier's hammer-mode or return-to-tank arrangement. These must suit the proposed breaker. If you do not have the information, send the carrier details first so BDNA can advise what needs checking. Actual settings and readings should be verified by a qualified technician with appropriate test equipment; do not adjust the circuit based only on an FAQ or a carrier weight range.
Send what you have: your carrier make and model, the intended application, photos of the identification plate and mounting connection, and your contact details. Tell us whether you are replacing an existing breaker or fitting one for the first time. BDNA can identify the remaining information needed for selection and quoting. Final compatibility and installation requirements still need to be confirmed before operation.
